Dale Censer
TileCraft’s owner, Dale Censer has been in the tile industry for 26 years. He is union trained and schooled in the installation of tile. Enjoying the industry and the freedom to be creative and with a goal of blending in the old school methods of mud set installation with the new technology of the day. TileCraft prides itself on experienced design staff and in-house installation crew to carry out your tile vision for your home.Douglas J. Martin - Traverse City
Tile Designer, Douglas J. Martin, Has been in the home interior design industry for over 25 years and has been with TileCraft for 15 years. Over the years, Doug has been involved with numerous awards with the Home Builders Association Parade of homes including best master suite, people’s choice and best in parade. Growing up, Doug worked in the field with tile and general construction. Doug did his schooling at Macomb College and Central Michigan University.Carmela Stuart - Frankfort
Carmela Stuart has joined the TileCraft team in 2009. With over 8 years in the flooring and construction industry, along with a background in marketing/management and experience in fashion and hospitality, she will use her vast knowledge to help you with several different flooring and countertop options to fit your energetic Northern Michigan Lifestyle. “I would like to warmly invite you to our ‘Surfaces’ showroom in Frankfort, Michigan. Dan Krug - Frankfort
Dan Krug is the General Manager of our Frankfort, Michigan Showroom. Dan joins our team with over 13 years of experience in the flooring industry. He has a vast wealth of knowledge in several surface alternatives and can offer the best product choice for each space in your home. Dan also is a wonderful artist and he brings that artist’s eye into all his designs, offering you not only a beautiful finish but one that will stand the test of time. “As an artist, I enjoy the challenge of designing with the different materials to give you the charm you desire for your home or cottage, while still remaining within your budget and offering you the best in durability.”
Lou Weichelt - Traverse City
Lou Weichelt has been with TileCraft, Inc. for 7 years she has worked in the accounting field for 26 years. She takes care of the in house bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
Tobi Hartman - Traverse City
Tobi graduated with an Interior Design Degree from Kendall College of Art and Design. Following in her mothers footsteps, she has been in the design business for five years. She is the newest member of the TileCraft team and always excited to bring a fresh, young perspective to any design.
